Shipping and Handling
 
Please allow 7-10 days for shipping before contacting us about your KIT order.
 Holiday shipping may take longer.
 
All patterns/E-books are sent to your email address as a .pdf file and are normally sent within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please make sure your paypal email is a current email.



We offer the following shipping methods:

USPS first class mail

Patterns and E-books are sent via email for instant download.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your kit purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
No refunds are given on patterns and E-books.
